King Street Oyster Bar made its Maryland debut at Park Potomac this week, almost exactly a year after Addie’s closed its doors at the same spot. King Street has a much more casual vibe than its predecessor: The interior is lighter, the floor plan is more open, and there’s a new nautical theme — including a chandelier fashioned from oyster shells. (For a closer look inside, check out Store Reporter on Facebook and Instagram.) King Street, which has three other locations in the D.C. area, serves up a menu of East and West Coast oysters, seafood specials, smoked fish, salads, sandwiches, cocktails and happy hour deals.
