Opening this spring on Nicholson Lane near Rockville Pike: No Regrets, an upscale pizzeria and cocktail bar on the ground floor of the new Harwood Flats apartments. The restaurant is something of a passion project for owner Richard Weiner, a local mortgage broker who’s spent seven years perfecting his recipes via a commercial brick oven at his home. At lunchtime, the restaurant will serve New York- and Roman-style pizzas by the slice or by the pie. Dinner will bring an expanded menu featuring salads, fresh pasta, Italian street sandwiches, gelato, baked goods and a full bar. In the warmer months, there will also be patio seating. Weiner is hoping to get things cooking in April.
