New pizzeria No Regrets is ready to pop out of the oven in North Bethesda, where it’s opening on the ground floor of the Harwood Flats apartment building on Nicholson Lane. This is the first restaurant venture for owner Richard Weiner, a local mortgage broker who has spent years perfecting recipes in a commercial brick oven at his home. No Regrets will serve up 12-inch artisanal pies and Roman-style pizzas, with single slices available at lunchtime and on weekends. The restaurant will offer indoor and patio seating, with a full bar specializing in craft cocktails. Doors will officially open on May 25th.
