With so many empty spaces to rent, the mall is really rolling out the welcome mat for smaller independent businesses. The Patrizia Luca boutique, which was on the verge of shutting down several weeks ago, is back in business after the mall offered a sweet deal for the former Microsoft space. Other recent additions include Tea Mansion, Perfume Palace, Brookie Girl and the Jamaican eatery Ya Mon. Also new is Mulier, selling women’s clothing straight from the Macy’s clearance racks. If you’re a fan of brands like Style & Co., Karen Scott and Inc., you’ll find them all here — in random sizes and colors — for $8.99 or less.
