Limited Too, the epicenter of tween fashion from the 1990s through the early 2000s, relaunched this month with a nostalgia-fueled array of plaid skirts, tie-dye shorts, varsity jackets, sequined accessories and butterfly-shaped hair clips. Since many of the retailer’s original customers are now raising families of their own, Limited Too is betting that all those young moms will jump on the chance to dress their daughters in the same styles they once loved. You won’t find any Limited Too stores at the mall this go-round, but you will find the entire collection at Kohl’s. And if online chatter is any indication, adult sizes are also in the works.
