Nearly a year after downtown Bethesda launched a “Streetery” for outdoor dining, Rockville Town Square is following suit. Gibbs Street, home to First Watch, Lebanese Taverna, Five Guys and Marble Slab Creamery, is now closed to traffic and covered with colorful picnic tables and “dining pods.” Coming soon to the lineup: Mexican restaurant Plaza Oaxaca, scheduled to open May 8th in the former La Tasca space.
