New restaurant on the way to Park Potomac: Dulce Crepes, a Fairfax eatery opening its first location in Maryland. The menu will feature both sweet and savory crepes, as well as paninis, omelettes, toast, waffles, açaí bowls, milkshakes, smoothies, ice cream and espresso drinks. There also will be a wide selection of vegan options. Construction will begin soon near Harris Teeter, in the space between Pama Thai and Yirasai. This is the spot that once belonged to the Emily Grace boutique, followed by a Goodyear tire store and then a chiropractic office.
