And when they’re missing just one of the 100 pieces it takes to make one of their watches, production just stops. If you want to buy their most popular watch, the Daytona, you have to get on a 10-year waiting list.” Other models that collectors are hunting for right now include the Oyster, the Submarine and the Patek Philippe Nautilus.
