The Jewish High Holidays may be over, but the deli scene is just getting started at Pike & Rose. After nearly a year of construction on the block between Summer House and Fogo de Chão, Call Your Mother is finally expected to open its doors next week. This will be the fifth location for the “Jew-ish” deli, which is known for its stellar bagels and offbeat twists on classic sandwiches. For example: The Gleneagle features candied salmon cream cheese and crispy shallots; the Banyan Place has herb cream cheese, bacon and jalapeños; and the Horizon is stuffed with smashed avocados, Fritos, jalapeños and red onions.
