Boardroom Salon for Men opened its doors this week on Rockville Pike, in between Slapfish and Five Guys at Montrose Crossing. The salon’s signature service is a $70 “benchmark” haircut, which also features a scalp massage, face massage, hand massage and paraffin hand dip. If this sounds like your kind of thing, there’s a $1,250 annual membership that includes unlimited haircuts, hot lather shaves, waxing and other manly grooming services.
