Starbucks in Potomac Village, one of the busiest locations in our area, has reopened after a month-long makeover. The new layout is designed to get your drinks out more quickly and to provide a bit more seating overall. The Starbucks Reserve area is gone, but the self-serve cream-and-sweetener bar is back after a multi-year absence. Also new: free refills for all drip coffees and teas, at this and all other Starbucks locations. After years of trying to move people through as quickly as possible, the coffee chain has decided it wants them to linger once again.
