Taking over the former On Cloud 9 space at Potomac Woods Plaza: The Cashmere Sale, a pop-up shop featuring clothes, pajamas and accessories. On Cloud 9 closed its doors last summer after 21 years serving local tweens and teens. The new store is run by Jessica Weiss, a longtime On Cloud 9 employee who previously operated The Cashmere Sale in downtown Bethesda. “This is a great location,” she says. “I know the foot traffic, the parking is free, and it was just a better spot for us.” The Cashmere Sale will be open through mid-December.
