Here’s a sneak peek inside Bartaco, opening in the next couple of weeks at Pike & Rose. This will be the first Maryland location for the Arlington-based chain, offering a beach-inspired decor and an eclectic menu that includes rice bowls, poke bowls, kimchi and fruit skewers as well as tacos and cocktails. Bartaco replaces the Mexican restaurant Nada, which lasted six years on the high-profile corner across from West Elm.
