Furniture retailer Roche Bobois has opened a winter pop-up store on Rockville Pike, offering its high-end designer pieces at 10% to 70% off. The French company has leased the former Neiman Marcus Last Call Studio space on the second floor of Congressional Plaza, directly above The Container Store. (Last year, this space was also home to a short-lived business called Timeless Furniture.) Roche Bobois is operating pop-ups in several cities this winter, carrying mostly overstock items and floor models. In Rockville, you can find some of the company’s most popular designs: curvy Bubble chairs, modular Mah Jong sofas, and aluminum Silver Tree coffee tables. Doors are open Tuesdays through Saturdays, and the store will be there through January — unless it sells out of all its merchandise sooner.
