Bark Social, the upscale dog park that opened last year at Pike & Rose, is moving into expansion mode with a fresh round of funding. The Washington Business Journal reports that the company has raised an additional $2 million, which it will use to open new locations in Maryland, Virginia, D.C. and elsewhere. At Pike & Rose, Bark Social has been winning fans with a lively schedule of movie nights, drag brunches, dog yoga and canine paint parties.
