Is there really room for more bubble tea shops on Rockville Pike? Two Taiwanese chains are betting that the answer is yes. Mr. Wish, now under construction near Starbucks at Congressional Plaza, offers the usual array of fruit teas, milk teas and smoothies. Tiger Sugar, opening next weekend in the old Jamba Juice space at Federal Plaza, is known for its generous dollops of brown sugar. Both brands look amazing on Instagram, of course. These two new spots will join a Rockville Pike bubble tea lineup that already includes Kung Fu Tea, Bambu Cafe, Bubble Tea Cafe, Gong Cha, SnowBots, Tea-Do, Ten Ren Tea,Ding Tea and Pearl Lady among others.
