After a six-year run at Rockville’s Congressional Plaza, Lands’ End is getting ready to close its doors. Staffers say the retailer couldn’t reach a new lease agreement with the shopping center. Going-out-of-business sales are already underway, but the store will continue to receive new merchandise through the holidays. Some items — including those in the outlet section — are final sale. The next-closest Lands’ End store, in Fairfax, is expected to remain open. The Rockville location will close sometime in January.
