Newly open at Pike & Rose: Hello Betty, serving up seafood and California-inspired fare on the third floor of the Canopy hotel. The boat-turned-cocktail bar (shown here) is still a work in progress on the patio. But the indoor portion is now up and running, with colorful decor and a birds-eye view of the Bark Social dog park. You can visit Hello Betty via its main entrance in the Canopy’s lobby, or look for the back-door entrance on the sidewalk next to Uniqlo.
