New restaurant about to make waves at Pike & Rose: Hello Betty, expanding from California, is taking over the rooftop patio at the Canopy by Hilton hotel. The menu will feature crabs, tacos, peel-and-eat-shrimp, local beers and cocktails. But the showstopper here will be the bar itself: A rehabbed 40-foot boat (sneak peek above) that should be up and running by summer.
