Rockville’s Federal Plaza, home of Trader Joe’s and T.J. Maxx, is welcoming back vitamin shop GNC after an absence of several years. This shopping center has remained remarkably intact throughout the pandemic, losing only a couple of tenants (Chuy’s, Na Ohana and Carter’s) while gaining Crumbl Cookies, Tiger Sugar, Phenix Salon Suites and now GNC.
